Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective Date: September 5, 2026
Last Updated: September 5, 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how products purchased from EZ Custom Ag Services, LLC (“EZ Custom Ag”) may be picked up, shipped, delivered, or otherwise fulfilled.
Because agricultural products vary greatly in size, weight, storage requirements, regulation, seasonality, and source location, shipping methods and costs may vary by product and destination.
Not every product available from EZ Custom Ag can be shipped to every location.
1. How Orders May Be Fulfilled
Depending on the product, destination, availability, and order size, purchases may be fulfilled through one or more of the following methods:
- Customer pickup at EZ Custom Ag
- Local delivery by EZ Custom Ag
- Parcel shipping through a common carrier
- Less-than-truckload (LTL) freight
- Full truckload or other commercial freight
- Direct shipment from a manufacturer
- Direct shipment from a distributor or supplier warehouse
- Another appropriate delivery method arranged with the customer
Products included in the same order may ship from different locations and may arrive separately.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that every item will ship from EZ Custom Ag’s Bloomingburg, Ohio location.
2. Shipping Availability
Products displayed on EZCustomAg.com are not necessarily available for shipment to every state, address, or customer.
Shipping availability may depend on:
- Product registration
- Pesticide or agricultural regulations
- Carrier restrictions
- Hazardous-material classification
- Product weight or dimensions
- Temperature requirements
- Supplier restrictions
- Customer licensing or certification
- Seasonal conditions
- Delivery location
- Inventory availability
- Other legal or logistical requirements
EZ Custom Ag reserves the right to restrict shipment or cancel an order that cannot legally or reasonably be fulfilled.
If we cancel a paid order because we cannot legally or practically ship the product, the applicable amount paid for the unshipped product will be refunded.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may be handled differently depending on the product.
A product may have:
- Shipping included in its advertised price
- A shipping charge calculated during checkout
- A flat shipping charge
- A freight charge determined separately
- Local-delivery pricing
- Free pickup
- Supplier-direct shipping included or calculated separately
- A requirement to obtain a shipping or freight quote before the order is finalized
Any statement that shipping is “included” applies only to the product and circumstances for which that statement is specifically made.
Special delivery services, unusual access conditions, remote destinations, lift-gate service, residential delivery, redelivery, storage, appointment requirements, or other carrier services may result in additional charges when applicable and disclosed to the customer.
4. Orders Requiring a Shipping or Freight Quote
Some agricultural products cannot reasonably be assigned an accurate nationwide shipping price in advance.
For these products, EZCustomAg.com may display language such as:
“Freight Quote Required,” “Contact for Shipping,” “Shipping Calculated Separately,” or similar wording.
Where a final shipping charge is not known when the customer submits the order or request, EZ Custom Ag may contact the customer with the applicable shipping or delivery cost before finalizing or releasing the order.
If additional shipping charges require customer approval, we will not add those charges to an already completed purchase without the customer’s authorization.
If the customer does not approve the required shipping cost before the product has been committed, prepared, treated, shipped, or otherwise made non-cancelable, the affected order may be canceled.
5. Shipping Estimates
Any shipping, processing, or delivery timeframe displayed on EZCustomAg.com is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping times may be affected by:
- Product availability
- Supplier inventory
- Manufacturer allocations
- Seasonal agricultural demand
- Weather
- Carrier capacity
- Freight availability
- Regulatory verification
- Applicator-license verification
- Product treatment or preparation
- Holidays
- Road conditions
- Events outside EZ Custom Ag’s reasonable control
We will not intentionally advertise a shipment timeframe unless we have a reasonable basis for believing the order can ship within that timeframe.
If no shipment timeframe is stated, orders will be handled in accordance with applicable federal law.
6. Shipping Delays
If we determine that an online order cannot ship within the timeframe originally represented to the customer, we may contact the customer regarding the delay.
Where required by applicable law, customers will be given the opportunity to:
- Agree to the revised shipment timeframe
- Cancel the affected unshipped order and receive a refund
If we determine that we cannot fulfill an order at all, we may cancel the affected order and issue the applicable refund.
A cancellation resulting from EZ Custom Ag’s inability to ship an order is not considered a product return and is not prohibited by our All Sales Final policy.
7. Customer Pickup
Certain products may be available for customer pickup.
Customers should not assume an order is ready for pickup until EZ Custom Ag confirms that the order is available.
Depending on the product, pickup may require:
- An appropriate vehicle
- Proper securement
- Suitable equipment for loading
- Compliance with transportation requirements
- Applicator certification or licensing
- Other documentation
Once a product has been properly transferred to the customer, our All Sales Final — No Returns or Exchanges policy applies.
8. Local Delivery
EZ Custom Ag may provide local delivery for certain products, customers, order sizes, or geographic areas.
Local delivery is subject to:
- Product availability
- Delivery-route availability
- Order size
- Seasonal workload
- Equipment requirements
- Road and site conditions
- Other operational considerations
Local delivery is not guaranteed for every product or customer.
Delivery pricing may be included in a product offer, calculated separately, or quoted to the customer.
9. Parcel Shipping
Products that meet applicable carrier requirements may be shipped using parcel services.
The carrier used may vary depending on:
- Destination
- Product
- Weight
- Package size
- Service availability
- Cost
- Applicable shipping restrictions
EZ Custom Ag may select the carrier and service level unless a specific shipping arrangement has been agreed upon with the customer.
Tracking information may be provided when available.
10. Freight and LTL Shipments
Heavy, bulky, palletized, or large agricultural orders may ship by LTL freight, truckload, or another commercial freight service.
Before ordering freight-delivered products, customers should ensure that the delivery location can reasonably accommodate the shipment.
Depending on the shipment, the customer may need:
- Suitable truck access
- Adequate road and driveway conditions
- A commercial receiving area
- A loading dock
- A forklift
- A skid steer
- A tractor with forks
- Another appropriate means of unloading
- Someone available to receive the shipment
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the delivery location and unloading capabilities.
Residential, Farm, and Limited-Access Locations
Some carriers may classify farms, residences, rural properties, or certain commercial locations as residential or limited-access delivery points.
Additional carrier charges may apply for services such as:
- Lift-gate delivery
- Residential delivery
- Limited-access delivery
- Delivery appointments
- Inside delivery
- Redelivery
- Address correction
- Storage
- Other special handling
When additional services are known to be necessary before shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose applicable charges.
11. Unloading Freight
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for providing a safe and suitable method to unload freight deliveries.
Carrier drivers may not be responsible for unloading products beyond the service purchased for that shipment.
Failure to have appropriate unloading equipment or personnel available may cause:
- Delivery delays
- Redelivery charges
- Storage charges
- Lift-gate charges
- Other carrier fees
Charges resulting from inaccurate delivery information or unavailable unloading arrangements may be passed on to the customer when appropriate and legally permitted.
12. Direct Shipment From Suppliers
Some products may be shipped directly from a manufacturer, distributor, or other supplier rather than from EZ Custom Ag.
Supplier-direct fulfillment allows us to offer a broader product selection without every item being physically stocked at our location.
When necessary to fulfill the order, EZ Custom Ag may provide the supplier or carrier with information such as:
- Customer name
- Farm or business name
- Shipping address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Products ordered
- Delivery instructions
Supplier-direct shipments remain subject to EZ Custom Ag’s applicable customer policies unless otherwise disclosed.
13. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
This may occur because products:
- Come from different warehouses
- Require different carriers
- Have different handling requirements
- Become available at different times
- Are supplied by different manufacturers or distributors
Customers should not assume an order is incomplete solely because one portion arrives before another.
EZ Custom Ag can be contacted to verify order status.
14. Regulated and Hazardous Materials
Some agricultural products may be subject to federal, state, carrier, hazardous-material, or dangerous-goods transportation requirements.
Such products may:
- Be unavailable for parcel shipping
- Require approved packaging
- Require specialized carriers
- Require additional documentation
- Require special handling
- Be prohibited from air transportation
- Be limited to certain destinations
- Carry additional transportation charges
- Be unavailable for shipment altogether
EZ Custom Ag will not knowingly ship a product using a method prohibited by applicable law or carrier requirements.
Display of a product on EZCustomAg.com does not guarantee that it can be shipped by a particular carrier or to a particular destination.
15. Restricted-Use and State-Restricted Products
Certain regulated products may require verification before shipment.
EZ Custom Ag may require:
- Applicator certification
- License information
- State of use
- Shipping destination
- Intended purchaser information
- Other documentation required by law
An order may be placed on hold while required information is verified.
If the transaction cannot legally be completed, the affected item or order may be canceled and any applicable payment refunded.
16. Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, telephone number, email address, and any delivery information necessary to complete the shipment.
Customers should notify EZ Custom Ag promptly if they discover an error.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to a supplier or carrier.
Costs resulting from incorrect customer-provided information, address corrections, redelivery, storage, or similar issues may be the customer’s responsibility when permitted by law.
17. Inspecting Deliveries
Customers should inspect shipments as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Freight Shipments
Before signing for a freight shipment, customers should inspect the visible condition of:
- Pallets
- Containers
- Boxes
- Totes
- Bags
- Drums
- Cases
- Other packaging
Visible damage, shortages, or irregularities should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt or bill of lading whenever possible.
Customers should take photographs of visible damage before unloading or disposing of packaging.
Parcel Shipments
If a parcel appears damaged when received, customers should retain:
- The product
- Original packaging
- Shipping carton
- Labels
- Photographs of the damage
Reporting Problems
Shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect products should be reported to EZ Custom Ag as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Contact:
Main Office / Logistics: 740-572-0510
Email: serviceteam@ezcustomag.com
Prompt reporting gives EZ Custom Ag the best opportunity to pursue a carrier or supplier claim.
Customers should not dispose of damaged product or packaging until instructed to do so when a shipping or manufacturer claim may be required.
18. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products
EZ Custom Ag’s general policy is:
ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
However, that policy does not prevent us from correcting an order when:
- EZ Custom Ag or our fulfillment partner shipped the wrong product
- Product was lost in shipment
- Product was damaged during shipment
- A shipment contains a verified shortage
- Another shipping or fulfillment error occurred
Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate resolution may include:
- Replacement
- Reshipment
- Supplier replacement
- Manufacturer claim
- Carrier claim
- Credit
- Refund
- Another reasonable remedy
Customers must contact EZ Custom Ag before attempting to return any product.
19. Lost Shipments
If tracking information indicates that a shipment may be lost, contact EZ Custom Ag.
We may need to work with the carrier, supplier, or manufacturer to investigate the shipment.
A carrier’s investigation process may be required before a replacement or other resolution can be issued.
Customers should not place duplicate orders solely because a shipment appears delayed unless they intend to purchase both orders.
20. Refused Deliveries
Customers should contact EZ Custom Ag before refusing delivery unless accepting the shipment would be unsafe or inappropriate.
Refusing a shipment does not automatically cancel an order and does not create a right to return a product that is otherwise non-returnable.
If a customer refuses a correct and undamaged shipment without authorization, freight, return transportation, storage, disposal, redelivery, or related costs may remain the customer’s responsibility when legally permitted.
21. Weather and Seasonal Conditions
Agricultural shipping can be affected by weather and seasonal workload.
Severe heat, freezing conditions, storms, flooding, snow, harvest traffic, planting-season demand, and other conditions may affect transportation or product handling.
EZ Custom Ag may delay shipment of a product when we reasonably believe immediate shipment could:
- Damage the product
- Create a transportation problem
- Violate handling requirements
- Create an unreasonable safety risk
If such a delay materially changes a promised shipment timeframe, we will provide any notice and options required by applicable law.
22. International Shipping
Unless specifically arranged in writing, EZ Custom Ag’s online shipping program is intended for delivery within the United States.
We do not currently represent that products displayed on EZCustomAg.com are available for international shipment.
23. All Sales Final
Except for order errors, qualifying damage or shortages, manufacturer-authorized programs, cancellations permitted before fulfillment, or remedies required by law:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EZ CUSTOM AG DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing.
24. Policy Changes
EZ Custom Ag may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy as our fulfillment network, carriers, product lines, shipping capabilities, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be posted on EZCustomAg.com with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
