Services Built Around Better Farm Decisions.
Seed treating, Baseline Rx and practical agronomy support — backed by people who farm, ask questions and want the recommendation to make sense on the acre.
Three Ways We Help Growers Make Better Decisions.
You do not have to know exactly what service you need before you call. Start with the seed, the field, the fertility question or the problem you are trying to solve.
Custom Seed Treating
Flexible treatment programs for growers and seed dealers, from standard protection packages to inoculants, SCN protection, biologicals and nutritionals.
See Seed Treating →Baseline Rx
A deep field-level fertility program that combines advanced zone creation, Indicator Max soil testing and nutrient prescriptions.
See Baseline Rx →Agronomy Services
Practical support for fertility, crop health, soil and tissue information, product placement and field-level decisions.
See Agronomy Services →Build the Treatment Around the Seed and the Acre.
EZ Custom Ag provides custom seed treating for growers who want a treatment program that fits their acres and for seed dealers who need a dependable treatment partner for their customers.
We can keep it simple with a standard protection package or build a more complete program around the agronomic needs you are trying to address.
See the Field in a Way a Standard Soil Test Can’t.
Baseline Rx is much more than pulling a few soil cores and putting numbers on a map. It combines advanced field zoning, deep soil analysis and field-specific goals to build a fertility program around how different parts of the field actually behave.
For our Baseline Rx program, the Indicator Max soil test gives us an exceptionally deep look at the soil — including the breadth of Agronomy 365’s advanced indicator testing plus total-pool nutrients. That means we can look beyond what is simply present today and better understand nutrient availability, release, tie-up, storage and overall soil behavior.
It Goes Far Beyond P, K and pH.
The program combines traditional fertility chemistry with advanced indicators that help explain how nutrients are cycling, how the soil is functioning and what may become available to the crop over time.
OM, pH, CEC, EC, nitrate, macro and micronutrients.
Total organic nitrogen, organic carbon and total-pool nutrients.
Tools such as VAST, SLAN, HT3 and soil-health scoring.
H3A extraction, nutrient relationships and availability indicators.
Tie-up potential, mineralization, late-season release and holding capacity.
Information that helps explain how each zone may respond differently to fertility.
Build Meaningful Zones
NIR imagery, topography, soil composition and water-flow patterns are used to separate the field into areas that are likely to respond differently.
Sample the Zones
Multiple cores are collected within each zone so the soil analysis represents that part of the field instead of averaging everything together.
Run Indicator Max
Advanced soil testing gives a much deeper view of nutrient pools, availability, biological activity and soil behavior than a conventional test alone.
Bring in Your Goals
Crop history, yield potential, application method, products you can actually source and your management goals are part of the recommendation.
Build the Prescription
The result is a zone-based fertility plan designed to improve nutrient efficiency, target the acres that need it and avoid treating every acre exactly the same.
You Don’t Have to Commit the Whole Farm.
One of the easiest ways to see the value is to start with a couple fields, compare what Baseline Rx reveals to what you already know, and use the results to decide where it belongs next.
Use the Information. Don’t Just Collect It.
Data only matters if it changes a decision. Our agronomy work is built around helping growers interpret field information and decide what deserves action, what needs more information and what can be left alone.
Start With the Question, Not the Product.
You do not need to know exactly what service you need before calling. Give us the field question, the goal or the problem and we can work from there.
Tell Us What You’re Trying to Solve
Seed protection, fertility, a field issue, product fit or simply a decision you want another set of eyes on.
Gather the Right Information
That may be field history, soil information, crop observations, treatment goals or economics depending on the question.
Choose the Next Step
Sometimes that is a service or product. Sometimes it is more information. And sometimes the right answer is to do nothing.
We Still Do What Got EZ Custom Ag Started.
EZ Custom Ag started in 2019 with a high-clearance sprayer and a simple goal: give growers better timing and better service. Custom application is still part of our business today.
It is not the main thing we push online, but we do not want that to stop a phone call. If you have an application need, call us. We will talk through the acres, timing, chemistry and what makes sense.
Have a Field Question? Start There.
Whether you need a seed treatment program, want to map a couple fields with Baseline Rx, need agronomy support or want to talk through an application need, give us a call. We’ll help figure out the next step.
